Making a purchase could not be easier
Just browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy. These will be added to you shopping cart. You can check the cart at any time. When you have finished making your selection, follow the on screen directions. We accept credit card payments with Visa and MasterCard. (Please see "credit card security" below). Please note that all taxes (GST 10%) in Australia are inclusive of the purchase price.
Shipping and handling
All postage costs include handleing costs! Wherever possible, we will use the most economic method to get the goods to you in the shortest possible time. If you order incorrectly, postal costs are non refundable. If we have sent the goods incorrectly, we will exchange, and refund your return postage.
Returned goods
If for any reason you need to make a return, e-mail us at support@ultra-rcflight.com we will issue a returns note number, along with a forwarding address. In all cases any returns must be sent by a recorded type carrier. This will protect you and your purchase. We operate DAO (Dead on Arrival) returns policy. Any product that is damaged from incorrect setup, crash or misuse is not covered. Items on clearance or special offer will not be accepted for return other than DOA. Any returns should be accompanied by either the original, or a copy of the original paperwork. Certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
Delivery
At ULTRA-RCFLIGHT, we only advertise CURRENT SPECIALS from stock on hand, and items due to arrive in Australia within 14 working days. There will however be times such as peak periods of demand when we either run out or have supplies coming in, so please allow up to 28 days. When an item is out of stock will display a stock level of back order which you can still purchase and will e-mail you when stock is due to arrive. If after 28 days stock does not arrive a full refund will be issued including postal fees. All items that display a stock level status of Pre Order requires a purchhase as these items are not normally kept in stock and may take up to 35 days for delivery.
Export customers
For all customers outside the Australia sales tax (GST - 10%) still applies. The International Postal costs are included in the cart and are generally based on destination and cubic weight not physical weight. We will use the most cost effective INTERNATIONAL RECORDED OR INTERNATIONAL REGISTERD couriers for all items, delivery in 7 - 21 working days, depending on country. If you do not accept the cost of delivery then please email us at sales@ultra-rcflight.com and we will try find other alternatives with sending your order. Please do not continue with your order, once you have completed payment your postage is non refundable.
Credit card security
our site uses PayPal to collect all our payments. You are not required to be a registered member of PayPal to use this facility. We only accept Visa and MasterCard. All sensitive financial information is not collected or used on our web site. This information is the sole responsibility of PayPal who also provide you’re with a secure encrypted connection SSL between their computer and yours. Once your order has been successfully processe by PayPal they will send an email that does not contain any financial details other than the amount. You will then be redirected back to our site where you will enter delivery information for your goods. We know of no cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system.
Privacy policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and will only email you if you choose to be on our mailing list, which you may cancel at any time.
